Who we are looking for:

We are searching for experienced and energetic people to join our growing team. Someone with a positive attitude must love food, coffee and enjoys working with people. Both front and back of house play crucial roles in our team and we need people who are driven to provide excellent services to customers - always. You must be able to work under the pump and fast but still maintain high standards! Available roles are:

• Wait-staff - full and part-time
• Front of house runners - part-time (and can be under age of 18)
• Barista - full and part-time
• Kitchen hands - full and part-time

Does any of this sound like you?

• Friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to outstanding service for customers
• Adept at stress management
• Well presented and have excellent verbal communication skills
• A multitasker who always has the customer in mind
• Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts
• Must be able to work weekends
• Wait-staff - must be solutions-focused
• Baristas - must have at least 1+ year of coffee service experience
• Runners - no experience needed but if you have any customer service experience would be favourable!
• Kitchen hand - must have an excellent understanding of WHS
• All roles - previous experience in hospitality / fast-paced cafe preferred

We aim to give our customers this experience through our food and our vibe. By infusion of inspiration from global cuisines into our local dishes and our marvelous and attentive yet warm/friendly customer service.

These roles are for our flagship cafe in Meadowbank @jimmychoose_syd (go ahead and ‘gram us) where we recently leveled up and rebranded from Fork and Spoon. Our group have expanded to Castle Towers, Woollahra and a pasta shop in Wentworth Point so you will be joining us at an exciting time! #growth #opportunities

If you make it to the interview or trial, please come prepared to roll up your sleeves, as we will ask you to show us your sweet skills during your trial at our flagship store in Meadowbank. If you can handle it there, you can handle it anywhere baby!
