JOB DESCRIPTION

We have a unique opportunity in our regional pub of Moulamein! On the VIC / NSW boarder (4hrs from Melb CBD) we are seeking a sous chef to join our small team as we enter the christmas season and to help run our kitchen.

Bouzy Rouge Richmond owners Andrew and Sandra have been providing quality bites and leading their team for over 35 years and are now looking for their next asset to be part of the family as they expand their portfolio.  Accommodation and essentials will be provided, on a 5 day work week this rare opportunity is perfect for anyone looking to change up their scenery, to do things out of the ordinary and escape the hustle and bustle of the CBD. Great fishing location and great perks! we look forward to hearing from you!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min cert III in Commercial cookery
  • Have a drivers license and willing to travel regional
  • A can do work ethic
  • previous experience running a kitchen 
  • Creativity and solid food knowldge
  • Stock management / ordering 
  • Work well unsupervised
