Rupert's Bar & Grill, part of the award-winning Coachman's Inn Warwick, is known for its intimate dining experience, Rupert's can seat up to 60 diners and also caters for larger functions, weddings, and conferences in our dedicated event space. We are seeking passionate, reliable and experienced hospitality professionals to join and lead our kitchen brigade.

About You:
- Have a minimum of 5 years with current exposure to leading and mentoring teams
- Passionate and Knowledgeable: Enthusiastic about the food and dining scene with an understanding of current food flavours and styling.
- Attention to Detail: Fastidious with personal and kitchen hygiene.
- Self-motivated, Enthusiastic and Flexible: Driven to excel and adaptable to changing needs.
- Stock Control Expertise: Proficient in stock takes, food costs, procurement, and receipt of goods with experience in computerized point-of-sale systems (Ideal POS preferred).
- Creative Menu Development: Proactive in designing menus, planning daily specials, and creating inspiring function and wedding menus demonstrating your current knowledge
- Safety Aware: Current knowledge of food safety and OHS standards, with relevant certificates.
- Team Player: You are genuine, authentic and eager to participate in team planning and strategy meetings to best develop the business and its people.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality operations management.
- Demonstrated leadership in a hands-on senior role.

Current Food Handling/Safety Certificate
Minimum of 3 years as Senior Sous Chef and be able to demonstrate your team management skills.
Minimum of 5 years leading and mentoring a team
