Having recently undergone a major renovation, the venue is looking better than ever and the opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Chef to take the helm.
The Role
As Head Chef your role will be to manage the overall kitchen operation of Riverbar & Kitchen, from developing fresh, seasonal and on trend Modern Australian inspired menus to driving culture and service excellence.
With a well equipped kitchen fit out and a large team to support you, your role will also involve rostering, ordering, supplier relationships, menu design, mentoring & training and adhering to HACCP.
By joining one of Australia’s most diverse hospitality groups, the Head Chef will have access to incredible career progression opportunities & leadership development working under an experienced Group Executive Chef.
Experience working as a Head Chef or Executive Chef for some of Australia’s best restaurants or pubs will be essential in hitting the ground running.
