JOB DESCRIPTION

Casa Cibo Italian are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join the team. 

Casa Cibo is owned and operated by Venue Plus Management. We proudly own and operate a number of hotels, restaurants and bars throughout South East Queensland. 

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a natural talent for cooking and passion to serve modern fine dining food in a casual environment. A background in a similar environment would be beneficial, but not necessary.

The Venue:

  • 350 seat restaurant & bar
  • Modern open style venue with state of the art fit-out

The Role:

  • Coaching, training and developing the team
  • Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Rostering of staff and performance management
  • Ability to deliver on budgets and targets
  • Stock ordering
  • Follow directions set by General Manager
  • Hands on approach, leading by example
  • Ability to engage with different team members and motivate
  • Adherence to labour budgets
  • Understanding of and the ability to maintain food safety standards and HACCP

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS
