The Head Chef position requires a proven history as a Chef with leadership skills in either a Sous Chef or Head Chef positions.  You will have a good understanding of cost of goods and wage control.  The ability to run a great team is really important.  You will also understand the management of the food control plan. 

The chef  position requires a minimum of two years experience in a chef role. You must have a proven record of working in ala carte eateries with fast paced and high volume work environments.

This is a full time position of 40 to 45 hours per week.

Hourly pay rate is between $25.00 & $35 depending on ability and experience and the position.
