We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team at Turquoise Midland PTY LTD. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to take their career to the next level, with the potential for long-term sponsorship under the Australian immigration program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes that reflect Turquoise Café's standards.
• Design and implement seasonal menus, ensuring a balance of innovation and profitability.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Monitor and manage food costs, inventory levels, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Foster a positive team environment, providing mentorship and training for kitchen staff.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive the success of the café.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance dining experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior chef role
• Formal culinary qualifications (e.g., Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent).
• Proven expertise in menu creation, kitchen management, and cost control.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• A passion for culinary excellence and innovation.
• Experience in high-volume service environments is an advantage.
