JOB DESCRIPTION

Exciting chance to join Goodtime Hospitality. We need an accomplished Head Chef to come on board for our new venue The Henry in Lawson, 2783.

This role includes:

  • Busy Blue Mountains Location
  • Leading a brigade of 5

  • Working with Group Executive Chef Graham Johns (Welcome Hotel, East Village Sydney) covering multi-country cuisine & techniques

The venue is a lovely refurbished building in a beautiful village, Lawson. We offer quality food offering using only best ingredients, quality craft beer, great wine & cocktails. This a is fantastic opportunity to be build a following in a great local community. 

  • Min. 2 yrs exp. as Head Chef in a high volume venue
  • Ability to work unsupervised in a fast paced environment
  • Team player & supportive of a tight night culture, training & team work
  • Keen to grow with us as the group expands

In 1845, when Henry Wilson first purchased 100 acres of land here in Lawson and built the first ‘Blue Mountain Inn’, he probably didn’t realise he was putting The Blue Mountains on the map for all eternity. In honour of Mr Wilson, we’ve kept things pretty traditional around here. Great company, classic food, warm friendly smiles and cold beer. The Henry, proudly Blue Mountains since 1845.
