You will have the responsibility for running a busy UNSW Bistro, which predominantly caters for all our 50,000+ students. Food is fast paced (think burgers, buffalo wings, schnitty's, etc). There is an excellent opportunity to add your flair to this busy and successful bistro.
You will also have the opportunity to spruik your culinary expertise through student and corporate functions, that excite and salivate our ready made clientele.
There is also the possiblity to be involved in future potential catering initiatives on campus, to help grow the catering arm of the student body of UNSW.
Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
