JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the front desk. This includes greeting and registering of owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions, completion of all department related paperwork and using all communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles and computers.

REQUIREMENTS

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will be:

  • Previous experience in a similar Front Office/ Reservations role in a Resort/Hotel environment is essential
  • Genuine passion for customer service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Competent in computer systems (Opera experience an advantage)
  • The ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
  • Ability to work between 7am to 11pm on a 7 day rotating roster, including weekends and school holiday periods

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
