JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences? Do you have a warm and welcoming personality that leaves a lasting impression on guests? We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our Hotel Front Office team to ensure each, and every guest has a memorable experience.

The Role

As a Part-Time Guest Service Agent, you will be a face of our brand and service standards, playing a vital role in creating memorable and enjoyable experiences for all guests. You will be focused on delivering an outstanding experience for our guests, demonstrating a professional, calm manner, and solutions focused to resolve any concerns that may occur.

REQUIREMENTS

About You

  • Previous experience in a Front Office Guest Services role is preferred.
  • Demonstrated professionalism with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Experience with a property management system, in particular Opera Cloud would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
