Your day to day
The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the person our guests rely on to handle transactions at the front desk, offer local insights, and anticipate every detail of their stay to ensure it is seamless and memorable.
You will be an excellent brand ambassador and create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.

About you
We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. You must have the ability to relocate and live on Hayman Island, Queensland and commence position as soon as possible, along with appropriate Australian working rights.
