Join our team as a Gaming Attendant at The Gibson, soon to be opening in Stafford.  

The Gaming Attendant reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for ensuring the gaming room is fully operational, clean, presentable, and safe. This is to be achieved by anticipating guest needs. This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your previous experience to the test 

A few of your responsibilities will include: 

• Ensuring gaming machines are always fully operational during trade.  

• Greeting customers in a courteous and polite manner at all times, ensuring all customers always receive prompt service.  

• Accurately completing payments of credits to winning players.  

• Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the gaming machine area.  

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks   

What we are looking for: 

• Possession of current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gaming certificates 

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to answer all guest enquiries   

• High level of organisational skills and ability to work under pressure   

• Experience with TAB and Max Gaming machines desirable 

• Willingness to use initiative and solve problems 

About you: 

You will be an experienced Gaming Attendant with prior experience in a similar role. You will be passionate about delivering an exceptional experience and have a proven track record in the hospitality industry. 

Flexibility in working around trading hours and weekend work would be advantageous.
