Hotel HQ is a modern hotel, with a stylish restaurant, happening bar, and exciting gaming room. Situated in the heart of the Underwood, Logan, Loganholme shopping district, the venue is surrounded by major shopping centres, superstores and retail outlets. The area is only 20 minutes easy freeway drive from downtown Brisbane and 40 minutes from the Gold Coast and situated on the fringe of Logan City.

As a Front of House Team Member, we are looking for someone who:

· Has a passion for the industry and committed to successful career in hospo

· Loves working in a fast paced environment

· Enjoys working as part of a team and isn’t afraid of hard work

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively

· Has great customer service and presentation skills

· Ability to troubleshoot

Requirements:

· Previous customer service experience

· Previous gaming experience

· Valid RSA

· Valid RSG

· Full working rights in Australia

· Able to work Friday and Saturday nights
