JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about the hospitality industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Phoenix Tavern in Blacktown is currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Bar and Gaming Staff to join our team.

we are looking for a casual team memeber to join our ranks. up to 30 hours per week.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
  • Must have a valid RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certificate.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Gaming attendant

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patrons in the bar and gaming areas.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Operate gaming machines and assist customers with gaming-related inquiries.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
