Kogarah Clubhouse is seeking an experienced Gaming Host to tend to our guests needs in a professional and friendly manner.As well as overseeing the smooth operations of the Gaming room floor,you will communicate and liase between the Management team and members on promotions and loyalty benefits as well as being actively involved in the input and feedback of improved service strategies. Your standard of customer focus and attention will be outstanding and your previous experience in a similar role must include Gaming.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Current NSW RSA and RCG Certificate
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Gaming Attendant in a pub or Club environment
An understanding of Members Loyalty programmes and Membership tiering
Understanding of EGMs, Gaming and Membership systems
Ability to rectify machine faults and the knowledge to identify and prevent discrepencies occuring
Sound understanding of the Responsible Conduct of Gambling and the reporting of suspicious activity requirements
Impeccable standard of customer service
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Bilingual -Mandarin/English preferred but not essential
Interview required
Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
