JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Relevant product and industry knowledge

What the role involves:

  • Responding promptly and adequately to all event enquiries
  • Preparing quotations, proposals, event orders and booking agreements
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Active promotion of venue function facilities
  • Liaison with clients in lead up to functions, ensuring client satisfaction

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Essential requirements:

  • Valid RSA
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including Friday and Saturday nights
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Manage bookings, private events, and key sessions
  • Control labour effectively
  • Ability to troubleshoot quickly and resolve customer complaints to ensure the highest standard of service
  • Understanding of basic financials and ability to cash up
