JOB DESCRIPTION

As an industry leader in Brisbane, Victoria Park boasts 7 premier event spaces, celebrating 1300+ events every year.  

With our action packed Events calendar for 2024 and beyond, we are looking to grow our Function Leadership Team with additional  casual team members. Casual Supervisory opportunities available for those that value stability and team spirited action !

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Food & Beverage Attendant
Function/Banquet server
Food & Beverage Manager
Food & Beverage Supervisor
Waitstaff (Fine Dining)

REQUIREMENTS

Week-end availability is essential 

Key responsibilities include -  

  • Hands on leadership of teams of event staff to deliver exceptional service across a diverse range of functions and events.
  • Execution of event run sheets, including set up, running the event and pack down of the event spaces.
  • 100% food and beverage operational role, duties do not involved any event planning or sales.
  • Liaising with Chefs in order to meet service delivery expectations.
  • Proactively anticipating guest requirements.
