JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role

Wine & Dine'm Catering is currently seeking Experienced Event Staff, with backgrounds in Events, Conferencing, Functions, to join our exceptional team. We are currently offering approximately 20-35 hours per week, morning events, midday events and night events across the week.
For the right person, this role has potential to become a full time position within the company, with professional growth opportunities for the right people.

Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role of functions or events
  • Must be confident in carrying 3 or more plates at once
  • Must be confident in clearing a minimum of 5 plates ‘a la carte’ style
  • Experience with set up & pack down of weddings, functions & conferences
  • Enthusiasm in the hospitality industry & interest in expanding your events experience & knowledge
  • Strong commitment to customer service & outstanding attention to detail
  • Demonstrate strong initiative skills with strong hands-on food & beverage experience in similar roles
  • Immaculate personal presentation & well groomed
  • Passion for great food and wine is essential
  • RSA Certificate
