We are currently looking for full time Front Office Attendants to join our front office teams at Crystal Club & Crown Promenade. To be successful for this role you will have a passion for delivering exceptional, personalised customer service to our guests. You will have a strong attention to detail as you are responsible for the smooth operation of the Front Desk and will be able to work in a high volume environment.
With consistently high occupancy rates, your duties will include check in and check out, liaising with other departments within the hotel team and having an up-to-date knowledge of all products, facilities and promotional activities.
