JOB DESCRIPTION

We are thrilled to be a part of the 2022 Melbourne Cup Carnival at Flemington, and have set ourselves a mission to astound guests through delicious food & beverage and professional but super fun service.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and energetic Front of House All Rounders to join the team on Melbourne Cup Day at Flemington Racecourse!

REQUIREMENTS

WHAT YOU NEED

Experience in a customer facing role is desirable
Ability to problem solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Commitment and passion for providing outstanding customer service
Exceptional grooming standards
Excellent communication skills to liaise with guests at all levels
Available to work around a rotating roster over Cup Week -

Saturday October 29 (Derby Day)

Tuesday November 1st (Cup Day)

Thursday November 3rd (Oaks Day)

Saturday November 5th (Stakes Day)
