JOB DESCRIPTION

Late Night Entertainment Venue Staff

Opening next week, Bon Bon is Sydney’s newest and most exclusive adult entertainment venue. We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals to join our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.

The beautifully refurbished venue, in one of Sydney CBD’s stunning heritage buildings, oozes with art deco style and sets the stage for our top-class performers and entertainers. Bon Bon’s vision is to offer a stylish and premium experience through refined service, curated bar offerings and top-tier entertainment that will set it apart as the gold-standard late-night venue.

We have a range of opportunities available for the right candidates:

Guest Relations Coordinators

  • Coordinate private shows through room booking system
  • Process customer payments for private show bookings
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided
  • Coordinate stage show schedule
  • Supervise performers on shift
  • VIP guest relations and coordination
  • Bar & wait service as required

Bar & Wait Staff

  • Provide customers with exceptional bar service
  • Accepting bar orders and payment
  • Preparing a range of beverages, including basic cocktails
  • Ensuring proper responsible service of alcohol
  • Providing table drinks service to customers throughout the venue, including VIP tables

Door Hosts

  • Represent the venue as the front-of-house host
  • Accept entry payment and monitor venue capacity
  • Liaise with Security on RSA requirements for entry
  • VIP guest welcoming

Key Attributes

As a guest relations coordinator, we are looking for:

  • 2-3 years hospitality experience
  • 1 year experience supervising is beneficial
  • Experience within a fast pace & customer service focused venue
  • Well-presented and personable, confident when communicating with customers and other staff
  • Great organisation skills, especially in scheduling and coordinating
  • Ability to work late nights and weekends

 

As a bar, wait and host staff you will have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • 1-2 years hospitality experience – late night venue beneficial
  • Ability to work late nights and weekends
  • Friendly, reliable and professional

Bon Bon offers a safe, professional, and friendly work environment.

The venue will be opening soon in the heart of the CBD, operating Wednesday – Friday, from 5PM til 2AM. There will be a range of flexible shift options. Full training and induction will be provided for each role. Remuneration is in line with the relevant award wage plus tips. All applicants must be over 18 to apply and hold a valid RSA.
