Finn Poke, a fast casual dining concept focusing on fresh and healthy poke bowls, is seeking for a highly experienced Front of House professionals to join the team. The shop is located at Gateway Sydney (infront of Circular Quay Station)
Immediate Start
Our shop is operating from 10:00am- 3:00pm, Monday- Friday: hours available for the right candidates.
Duties and responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing friendly, competent and efficient service
Product knowledge of our menu and ingredients
Monitoring front of house, including shop front and all counters, cleanliness and appearance
Opening and closing store procedures as required
Taking orders, upselling and operating the Point of Sales System/ Eftpos.
Online Food Ordering Systems- Uber Eats, Menu log, Deliveroo
Dispatching take away / delivery orders
Serving orders to customers
End of Day cash up
Available to work weekdays (Monday - Friday from 10:00am - 3:00pm)

The poké bowl (pronounced ‘poh-kay’) was originally made by Hawaiian fishermen. Influenced by Asian cuisine, they would combine raw fish from their catch with sea weed and serve it on a bed of rice. Today, Finn Poké are putting their own spin on the dish, combining hot and cold elements with raw or cooked protein to creating one absolutely healthy, mouth watering meal.
