Wynyard Pavilion is on the lookout for a full-time floor staff member to help us through winter and into a busy summer
As a member of the floor staff, you're responsible for ensuring that all guests who visit us have memorable experiences filled with hospitality, delicious food and drinks, and exceptional service.
What you’ll do:
Demonstrate expertise in all food and beverage menu items with sound knowledge of all ingredients and preparations.
Consistently follow our order of service manual while maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service.
Anticipates guest needs, ensuring constant communication with colleagues, management, and the kitchen/ Bar at all times during service.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant both before, during, and after service.
