We’re on the hunt for someone with natural leadership skills, a love for great service, and the energy to bring a brand-new store to life – someone who thrives in a fast-paced café environment and is ready to take the lead.

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a full-time Front of House Manager who remembers regulars’ names, who leads a team with energy and heart, and who takes real pride in making every day positively flow.

You’ll be the first face our customers see – and the steady hand that makes sure the wheels keep turning smoothly.

Your day-to-day:

• Leading from the front: welcoming customers, managing POS, and setting the tone for great service
• Coaching and supporting your FOH team so they’re confident and performing at their best
• Managing rosters, daily operations, and store presentation
• Coordinating with our coffee, kitchen, and wellness bar teams
• Creating a workplace where people love to work (and eat!)
