JOB DESCRIPTION

As a dual brand location, you can expect to adapt between the laid-back, unstuffy lifestyle upscale voco experience, and the no-frills, select service Holiday Inn Express mid-scale accommodation and F&B offering.

We're looking for Front Desk/Express Agents, who are smart and considerate - have “nice person” written all over them.  We’re after fast thinking, customer focused problem solvers that take pride in creating and delivering great customer experiences. In this position You will assist our guests throughout their journey from pre-arrival to post- departure - helping them build cherished memories.

  • 6 Months minimum proven experience within a similar role or capacity in a hotel environment.
  • Professional and personable, with a can-do attitude.

  • You are detail oriented and able to effectively multitask with great communication skills
  • You thrive under pressure and are flexible when adapting to new situations
