JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking motivated and energetic full-time leaders experienced in Food & Beverage services to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for training, developing and managing our staff across various areas, while creating a service experience for our members that separates us from the pack. 

Whether you're a seasoned supervisor with experience in a fast-paced, multi-faceted venue, a supervisor from a smaller establishment or an ambitious individual eager to take the next step in your hospitality career, we encourage you to apply and join our dynamic team!

You Will Need:

  • Strong knowledge of all Food & Beverage functions;
  • Demonstrated history of driving premium service across Food & Beverage;
  • Experience in leading and training a team of staff;
  • A reliable, hardworking and honest work ethic;
  • Resilience under pressure and the ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, late evenings and early mornings (there may be an opportunity to work on a rotating roster that would involve a weekend off every 2 or 3 weeks).

REQUIREMENTS

Training Required:

  • Current Food Safety Certificate; and
  • Current RSG & RSA; and
  • Current Police Check or willing to obtain if successful.
  • Qualification in Hospitality highly regarded but not mandatory.
