REQUIREMENTS

Do you need experience?
This is a pivotal position, so a minimum of 6 months in management/supervisory experience in a restaurant or hotel, preferably, is required.
However, if you have spent a year as an F&B Attendant and are eager to take the next step, we will absolutely consider your application.
Having proven experience in functions and events will give you an advantage. It's crucial that you possess flexibility for shifts that may include weekends and split schedules, and that you can showcase a genuine passion for nurturing the next generation of hospitality professionals.
We are searching for someone who wants a role where they can express their creativity and motivate a team. A strong grasp of financial concepts such as budgets, wage costs, revenue, and cost control systems will greatly benefit you. Additionally, experience in stock management and scheduling will be advantageous.
