At Ace Hotel Sydney, we’re all about creating unforgettable experiences, and our Food & Beverage team is at the heart of it. As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind smooth operations, with a strong focus on our Lobby bar and beverage program. Working closely with the Operations Manager and other F&B Supervisors, you’ll lead the front-of-house team, ensuring top-notch service, seamless daily operations, and a supportive, high-energy work environment.
This hands-on role is all about delivering exceptional bar and cocktail experiences while managing staff training, rostering, and recruitment. You’ll work closely with the bar team to refine cocktail menus, oversee stock levels, and maintain beverage quality and consistency. From shaking up signature drinks to managing guest relations and service flow, you’ll set the tone for an outstanding bar and lounge experience. You’ll also ensure compliance with liquor licensing, train staff on cocktail execution, and support cost-control measures to keep operations running efficiently.

The Gig
As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll lead front-of-house teams, manage shifts, and ensure seamless bar and restaurant service while overseeing cocktail and beverage operations to maintain quality, consistency, and innovation. You’ll train, mentor, and develop staff to elevate the guest experience, all while managing inventory, ordering, and stock control for beverages and bar essentials. Guest interactions will be a key part of your role, as you handle inquiries, resolve issues, and create a vibrant and welcoming bar atmosphere. Ensuring compliance with liquor regulations, food safety, and workplace health standards will be essential, alongside managing rosters, timesheets, and award-compliant staffing. Additionally, you’ll attend leadership meetings and collaborate with different departments to drive operational success and maintain Ace Hotel Sydney’s reputation for outstanding hospitality.
