About the role

We are looking for a talented Food & Beverage / Lobby Host who has the drive to work within a team and to perform at a World Class level. Join the QT Melbourne family as our ‘Venues Host / Lobby Host’. 
Your mission? Bring style and a dash of larger-than-life charm to our hotel.

Skills & experience  

• Well groomed - classy & professional
• A fun personality with a welcoming & immaculate presence 
• Enjoy being within a team of diverse background with a hands on attitude
• Love looking after our guests, ensuring smooth venue capacity and drive revenue where necessary 
• Able to read guests needs and go the extra mile and exceed guests expectations
• Hotel / Host experience a bonus
• Excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills.
• Swift and agile on the floor / on your feet
