About the role:

We are seeking a Full-Time Food & Beverage Floor Supervisor to LEAD, DEVELOP and SUPPORT our Food & Beverage Team. You will have a passion for hospitality and the ability to effectively oversee the smooth operations of F&B outlets. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Overseeing the daily operations of all Food & Beverage Outlets;
  • The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
  • Working hands-on alongside the team, Leading and Developing your team members by assisting with service, training and ongoing development;
  • Proactively managing and resolving guest complaints;
  • Ensure all areas are presented and cleaned to a high standard at all times;
  • Ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of members and guests by ensuring all WHS requirements are being met at all times;
  • Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage. Have stock control procedures implemented and maintained;
  • The ability to engage with our guests through conversation and illicit feedback to assist in service recovery;
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve the overall customer experience, implementing customer feedback to enhance service quality;
  • Working closely with other departments, such as events, to ensure smooth club operations and guest satisfaction;
  • Ensuring that all F&B equipment is regularly maintained and coordinating repairs when necessary;
  • Monitoring food and beverage costs, identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures, and ensuring that financial targets are met;
  • Ensuring that special dietary needs (e.g., allergies, vegan, gluten-free) are accommodated safely and appropriately;
  • Tracking guest preferences and dining trends to make informed recommendations for menu changes, promotions, or improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Strong leadership and organisational skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Knowledge of basic beer, wine & spirits;
  • Current NSW RSA & RCG;
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service;
  • Excellent standards of personal presentation and grooming;
  • Willingness to learn.
