The Role

As a Food and Beverage Attendant within the Event Operations department, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our various different events. Your responsibilities will include structuring and setting event spaces, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment 
• Previous experience responding to and resolving disputes relating to the Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Demonstrated understanding of events, restaurant, barista and/or bar practices
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer and wines is highly advantageous
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays
• Team player and hands on with the flexibility to help out and support your colleagues
• Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
