What you will need;

• Experience in working in a food and beverage environment
• You must be 18yo (or turning 18 this year) 
• A current NSW RSA 
• A willingness to constantly evolve to ensure we are working to best practice
• standards
•  A high energy and fun approach to work
• Flexibility to work across all retail hospitality outlets in a fast-paced amusement park
• which has multiple styles of service including; table service, takeaway, app-based
• ordering, kiosks, bars, restaurant, coffee cart, and gelato bar
• Current working knowledge and training in HACCP and WH&S. HACCP accreditation
• training is an advantage.
• You will also need a NSW WWCC paid employment clearance (this can be obtained
• prior to starting if you are successful)
• Flexibility to work a roster that includes weekends and some evening shifts.
