The Position:

• Develop your hospitality skills while contributing to the team in a friendly supportive environment
• Contribute to the front of house team in dining rooms, functions, kitchen areas and bar
• Provide food and beverage service while maintaining food service and preparation areas, along with basic food preparation
• Drive exceptional customer service to the people of the Defence force
• Maintain company policies and food safety practices

The Person:

• Hospitality experience beneficial – learn on the job with full training
• RSA qualified
• Drivers licence
• Knife handling, food safety and preparation skills are a plus
• Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
• Attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Can do attitude and drive to jump into any task required
