Passionate about hospitality? We are searching for exceptional talent to join our highly dedicated team. Our Spin Café are seeking talented Food & Beverage Attendants with a love of coffee. 

The Role

As a Casual Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage service. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, making amazing coffees for our customers, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

REQUIREMENTS

About You

  • Previous experience in café and/or restaurant environments, with barista background and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, will be an advantage.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment, or the willingness to obtain.
  • Previous experience responding to and resolving disputes relating to the Responsible Service of Alcohol would be an advantage.
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, with professional presentation and communication skills
  • Team player with energy and drive to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and flexibility to help out your colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays.
