What does this role involve?

The main day to day duties include: Customer service & sales. You'll be looking after your own section in the restaurant and doing everything from upselling a first drink to explaining the menu concept, cleaning tables, serving wine and more.

Who is our ideal candidate?

Confident customer service and sales staff. We offer full training, but a strong interest and knowledge of food and wine is advantageous.
