About the Role

We are seeking Food and Beverage Superstars for our Events Operations team who convey a positive attitude, a vibrant personality and flexibility in their availability. The role will begin on a casual basis with potential for part-time and full-time down the track for the right talent, and plenty of room to develop your skills and advance your career through one of Australia’s largest hospitality employers.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high quality products and experiences for our guests, excellent communication skills, and be a team player who works well with others by leading from the front with a positive outlook.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertaking general waiting duties for food and beverages
• Supplying, dispensing and mixing liquor
• Taking reservations, greeting and seating guests
• Ensuring that customers are served in a professional and timely manner
• General cleanliness of the work area.

• Greeting and hosting guests
• Taking food and beverage orders
• Preparation and breakdown of shifts
• Keeping the work area clean and tidy
