JOB DESCRIPTION

The Ternary Resuatant is on a lookout for Food and Beverage Attendants to work alongside our Director of Culinary, Anthony Flowers. 

We are looking for the right person to join the team, someone who can move with the changing business and grow & develop with us, as the The Ternary welcomes back our corporate & leisure guests.

The Role

This is your opportunity to join our Food and Beverage team with Full time, Permanent Part Time or Casual hours available for the right candidates. As a key member of our team you will represent our friendly and professional service philosophy. Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Understanding the food and beverage menu and be able to explain particular products to customers and offer personalised recommendations.
  • To seat, present menus, take orders, serve food and beverage to guests according to procedures.
  • Provide exceptional service to our conference guests and ensure that all functions and events run with smoothly, efficiently and with ease.
  • Liaise with the Kitchen on special requests or delayed meals
  • Clear and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy
  • Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
  • Please note this role is afternoon/evening shifts only!

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.
