 The Position

 Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant and luxurious environment? Join our team at  The Calile Hotel as a Lobby Bar Supervisor, where you’ll lead a dynamic team and ensure our guests enjoy impeccable service in one of the most sophisticated settings.

As the Lobby Bar Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the smooth operation of our iconic Lobby Bar. You will oversee daily operations, ensure staff are delivering outstanding customer service, and maintain a high standard of quality of food and beverage. Working closely with the Venue Manager, you’ll lead by example, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and hospitality.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

About You

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within a 5-star hotel environment
  • Experience supervising other team members on shift and training new team members
  • Ability to demonstrate food and beverage, coffee and wine knowledge
  • Knowledge of the correct food safety standards to ensure a high-quality F&B product is consistently being produced
  • A degree or diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management (desirable)
  • Full availability over a 7-day roster is required.
