JOB DESCRIPTION

Mulpha Hospitality are now taking expressions of interest to join the team at the renowned Cove Tavern at Sanctuary Cove. If you are a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage professional looking to step up in a busy and well renowned restaurant, we want to talk to you!

THE OPPORTUNITY

Working closely with our Venue Manager and Head Chef, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of this large, multi-faceted venue, including but not limited to

  • Supervising all fronts of the business including bar, dining, gaming and groups and functions
  • Training and development of new team members
  • Quality control throughout the entire venue and ensure the best standards are in place for customer satisfaction at all times
  • Opening and closing of the venue
  • Assisting when required with stock takes for the venue
  • Supervising functions hosted on the premises, and
  • Making sure that the venue runs smoothly and successfully

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Have a positive and outgoing personality with an obvious passion for customer service.
  • A good knowledge of spirits, cocktails and quick service bar skills
  • Basic wine knowledge is preferable
  • Thorough understanding of or experience in dining service
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Gaming experience beneficial
  • Work well under pressure and can adapt to changes and customer needs.

Must have flexible availability to assist in fulfilling busy weekends and weekdays and hold a current RSA and RCG.
