About the role

We are currently seeking Food and Beverage champions to work in our new signature restaurant, La Boca Bar & Grill.  All our Food & Beverage Attendants are responsible for providing 5 Star customer service to our guests. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Supervisors, you will be responsible for ensuring all guests receive an exceptional restaurant experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Experience in a similar role, preferably 
• Experience using Micros is an advantage
• Must have a current RSA certificate
• Must hold valid working rights in Australia

Skills and Experience:

• Work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver food and drinks in an efficient and confident manner
• Up sell and suggestive sell to enhance the guest's experience
• Be one step ahead of the guest, knowing what they need before having to ask
• Deliver exceptional customer service
