The Athenaeum Club, one of Melbourne's most prestigious establishments, is seeking proactive, organised, and energetic individuals to join the team as a Food and Beverage Attendants.

• Have a proven track record in a similar role
• Display excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
• Be well groomed
• Have strong Food and Beverage skills including a la carte and fine dining skills 
• Be able to train and lead others

• Have an ability to manage conflict and solve problems 
• Flexibility with working hours - day and evening shifts involved
• Have a good memory and flair for creativity
• Be patient and have a sense of humour

The food and beverage outlets are closed on weekends with only an occasional private function on a Saturday or Sunday.
