JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently recruiting for Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team working in the Hibiscus Room & our classic restaurant Lennons . We have plenty of hours and oppurtunities available as we head into the busy end of year season. 

Some Duties but not limited to are - 

  • Ensuring that our guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all times
  • Problem solve any guest complaints and escalate where required
  • To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
  • To perform opening and closing procedures established for the outlet you are rostered in
  • To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food and Beverage related services and products and, to have the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations, to upsell and cross-sell.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements for ALL roles include:

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencement
  • High level of communication skills
  • High level of grooming and personal presentation 
  • Previous customer service experience 
  • Previous Food & Beverage experience is highly regarded
  • Previous experience with Micros is highly regarded
