JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us as we bring our newest brand to Legacy Hospitality Group in the cosmopolitan surrounds of St Kilda. 

About Post Office Club Hotel

Located in central St Kilda since 1871, this rich in history former Hotel, is newly renovated and soon to re-open beginning its new and exciting next chapter. 

This new iteration of the Post Office Club Hotel includes bistro + outdoor dining, wine + cocktail bar, outdoor garden, private dining and function space and a cafe market 

Our newest venue within Legacy Hospitality Group, POCH will continue to focus on the same Local, Seasonal and Sustainable values the Group is founded on. POCH will be offering the freshest quality matched food in addition to wonderful wines and premium cocktails. 

Our 120-seat venue will be providing a new and exciting dining experience for locals and a destination worthy of travel for those outside the area.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a full-time and casual FOH Wait Staff and Baristas to join our team. 

About You

You will have experience working in hospitality as FOH or a Barista and be committed to delivering exceptional service. In addition you will have:

  • A real passion for hospitality
  • Self-motivation and proactivity 
  • Current RSA
  • Great communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
