Vinesmith seeks front of house professionals to join its team.  

Vinesmith’s Melbourne Cellar Door is the newest addition to the low-profile Vinesmith wine group, which includes Blue Pyrenees, Glenlofty Estate and Decameron Station – producers of some of Victoria’s most iconic wines.

This vibrant and innovative new setting at 1 Flinders Lane combines a Restaurant, Wine Bar, and Cellar Door in a contemporary space. It will offer a world-class dining experience to complement our exceptional wine portfolio.

Our team is pivotal in bringing our vision to life, delivering exceptional service which delights our guests.  We are looking to fill various positions across our wine bar and restaurant.  

About the role:

• Provide first class customer service to delight our guests.
• Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
• Able to flex your style to adapt to a diverse clientele.
• Maintain high standards of food, service, and cleanliness, reflecting Vinesmith's reputation.
• Communicate closely with the team to deliver a consistent, remarkable food and wine experience.
• Advise our guests of wine pairings to enhance their dining experience.
• Various positions front of house at all levels.  

About you:

• Passionate about service and guest experience.
• Professional approach, able to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to learn and develop your skills and adapt to work across different areas within our restaurant.
• Able to work weekends, both day and night shifts available.
• Ordermate POS system experience desirable.
