JOB DESCRIPTION

Core objectives include:

• Food and beverage service
• Maintain quality standards across the business
• Ensure all food and drink orders are put through the point of
sales system so that stock is correctly recorded
• Ensure booking notes and customer requests are met
• On Friday & Saturdays ensure the Maitre D’ Role is adhered to
throughout the entire service period
• Ensure all customer bills are paid and check that tables are
cashed off correctly
• Minimise order errors and monitor unnecessary wastage
The above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet the
overall objectives of the company. Other duties Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.


PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Minimum one year’s experience or similar.

• Customer service focused: committed to providing
exceptional customer service across all channels – face to
face, phone and written via email.
• Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and
concisely, varying communication style depending upon the
audience.
• Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written
skills when communicating with others, both internally and
externally.
• Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical,
commercial manner.
• Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as
required and get on with team members.
• Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives
effectively within time frame given to carry out duties in an efficient and timely manner.

Part-time hours: 25-30 per week
