Drip is looking for a bubbly and motivated FOH Manager to join our amazing team.

You must be experienced in café management (prior supervisor role, team leader or manager roles) and be able to demonstrate the following:

• Minimum of 2 years experience.
• Manage day to day operations of a busy café
• Have barista experience with an understanding of coffee 
• The ability to manage and constantly train/up-skill staff
• Develop and establish rosters to suit the needs of the café
• Ability to deliver and adhere to budgets and targets including operational costs
• Communicate effectively with staff across all levels all including kitchen and management
• Strong leadership qualities to get the best of your team
• Clear understanding of food and beverage operations
• Maintain and deliver policies and procedures to ensure exceptional service and food safety practices

• Have a passion for coffee and food
• Be focused on people and culture as a top priority
• Have a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service 100% of the time
• Be able to lead a team effectively and coach and develop team members as required
• Understand all food safety and hygiene requirements
• Be strong in stock management and cost control processes
• Communicate professionally with a diverse range of customers, suppliers and internal company representatives
