Our 130-acre property is in Main Ridge on the Mornington Peninsula. Proudly Australian made and owned, Main Ridge Dairy has been crafting award-winning goat cheeses since 2001.

Off the beaten track, customers can find their way to our venue Billies, where we bring patrons the flavours of Main Ridge Dairy and surrounding producers. 

This is a new and exciting opportunity to join our team at a truly unique time in our story. We are focused on coming back to life after being closed for renovation. As a result, Billie's are seeking bar and cafe all rounders. There are various roles available and you will be an integral part of our team.

The ideal candidates will either have experience in a similar role or are willing to jump in and learn the ropes. Training will of course be provided. You will have a can do attitude and possess the ability to adapt when we are busy. We are a close knit team at Main Ridge Dairy and sometimes step outside our normal duties to help others. 

This is currently a part time role. Your day to day Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Serving customers and taking orders
• Making cheese boards
• Making coffees
• Serving wine and beer
• Helping with FOH and Floor
