Waiter – Byblos Melbourne

We are looking for an experienced, confident waiter to join our front of house team.

About the Role:

• You’ll be responsible for running your own busy section, delivering warm, attentive service to guests from start to finish.

• You'll take orders, serve food and drinks (often carrying three plates at once), make recommendations, and ensure a seamless dining experience.

• You’ll be part of a close-knit, supportive team that values professionalism but also knows how to have fun.

• You’ll work closely our kitchen and front of house team to ensure we nail every guest experience consistently. 

• You'll work shifts that offer flexibility and balance –  with public transport right at our doorstep for easy commuting.

• We pay in line with award wages, ensuring fair compensation for your work and experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, confidently managing a busy section.

• Ability to build strong rapport with guests — we’re known for our welcoming, vibrant atmosphere.

• Comfortable carrying three plates at once (a must!) — Lebanese food experience is a bonus but absolutely not required. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.

• A positive attitude, great energy, and a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences.
