This will be a fun and vibrant four-level, 450 seat venue at Circular Quay. We value care, humility, generosity and fun. House Made Hospitality is a new group to Sydney, who believe in warm service, great ingredients, beautiful design, a curated ambiance, a sense of place, authenticity, doing good, a conscious culture, and heaps of fun.

• Mininmum 1 years experience in a similar environment preferred
• Excellent food and wine knowledge (preferred)
• A strong understanding of run of service in a busy restaurant/café
• Experience using POS systems
• Able to carry 3 plates 
• An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
